An original Art Nouveau wrought iron street bin formerly in situ on the ‘Promenade de la Croisette’ in Cannes, France. The boulevard stretches along the shore of the Mediterranean Sea and is known for the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, where the Cannes Film Festival is held. Beautifully made and designed with chic demilune form and cross hatched balustrade, surmounted with three acorn finials. Terminating on three raised feet, the patina showing beautiful colouration, age and weathering. This is a substantial, grand piece - a stunning contribution to any entrance, hallway or vestibule.
