About the artist: Madeline Hall graduated from Saint Martins in summer 2019, her work was exhibited during the London Design Festival. her collection is inspired by John M Allegro's controversial 1970 book, The Sacred Mushroom and the Cross, which suggests that the origins of Christianity are linked to cult practices such as ingesting hallucinogenic mushrooms. Hall is continuing to develop her pieces alongside working on a new collection at her Hammersmith studio.
